Modeltown started out as a brick and mortar modeling agency in 1996.
We had modeling classes on how to enter the modeling profession, how to walk a runway, how to be a photographic model, the tools needed for promotion, and an overall background on modeling.
Two times a year, we would take a group of models on a tour of NewYork for auditions with other agencies.
With the birth of the owner’s first child, the modeling agency had to be put on hold.
In 2007, Modeltown has started it’s evolution towards being more of a model / actor directory.
It’s goal is for the self promotion of models, actors and agents, and make-up persons to promote themselves.
Hopefully it will become even greater than the network that the original Modeltown provided.
